Donkey Sanctuary Aruba
Founded in April 1997, Donkey Sanctuary Aruba is an independent non-profit organization working with volunteers to provide sanctuary to a herd of over 100 rescued donkeys on the island of Aruba.
The sanctuary, tucked away in an enclave of the Bringamosa neighborhood, is open for the public every day of the week from 9 am to 4 pm. While entrance is free, donations are very welcome. Visitors are invited to interact with the donkeys by feeding them, brushing them, and even hugging them.
